Infusing ozone into red blood cells helps stimulate the body’s immune system. In an era of increasing pollution and environmental toxins, people are getting sick more often — such as allergies, colds, unexplained skin rashes, or even serious illnesses while trying to live a happy life. Many people are therefore becoming more interested in preventive health care. oday, I would like to introduce you to Ozone Therapy at Mousai Wellness Center — what its benefits are, who it is suitable for, and the procedure involved. I first became aware of Ozone Therapy through working in a holistic health clinic focused on anti-aging and preventive medicine for several years. I noticed many foreigners, especially from the Arab community, coming for ozone therapy based on word of mouth. I wanted to try it myself to see its benefits but hadn’t had the chance until I started working with Dr. Big, or Dr. Pinyapat Chaipuriheranya, at Mousai Wellness Center. Dr. Big is an expert with over 10 years of experience in this field. I consulted with her because I felt tired easily, lacked energy, had shallow breathing, frequent immune system drops, occasional loss of voice strength, eye inflammation, cold sores on my lips 1-2 times per year, and had a history of shingles on my arms and legs. The doctor recommended ozone therapy to help stimulate my immune system and boost my body’s defenses. The steps to receive services at Mousai Wellness Center are as follows (everyone who comes will receive the same service): First, the staff will conduct a detailed interview about your daily lifestyle, any chronic illnesses, as well as vitamins or medications you are currently taking. During the interview, the staff will advise you to drink plenty of water because ozone therapy involves drawing blood, and staying hydrated helps prevent the blood from becoming too thick. After the interview, the staff will take your blood pressure, measure your height, and weigh you. Next, you will enter the check-up room to see if there are any other health issues. This includes an AI Bio Body Scan, which uses a mild electrical current to scan the body and assess the function of 9 different systems, as well as a Live Blood Analysis to examine the basic characteristics of your blood cells. Then, the staff will escort you to Dr. Big’s room to discuss the check-up results. The doctor provides a very detailed explanation, recommends lifestyle adjustments tailored to your body, and explains what ozone therapy is. In addition to the initial check-up, blood samples will be taken and sent to the lab for more detailed testing to evaluate your body’s functions further. This depends on each individual’s specific health concerns. What is Ozone Therapy? Ozone therapy is a medical treatment that uses pure oxygen to generate ozone at a safe and appropriate concentration through an ozone generator. This machine converts oxygen (O₂) into ozone (O₃). The therapy involves drawing about 150–200 cc of blood from the patient’s body, mixing it with medical-grade ozone using a sterile technique, and then returning the treated blood back into the body. What are the benefits of Ozone Therapy? Increases oxygen levels in the tissues Strengthens the immune system Helps kill certain viruses Beneficial for cancer patients Improves blood circulation by dilating blood vessels Stimulates the release of growth factors that aid in body repair Promotes the production of antioxidants at the cellular level Helps slow down aging and supports overall body health The process of receiving Ozone Therapy: 1. A nurse will take you to the ozone treatment room, which has a reclining bed. They will explain each step of the procedure and show you the sterile equipment set by unpacking it in front of you to ensure safety and hygiene. 2. Next, the nurse will tie a tourniquet around your arm, clean the area with alcohol, locate a vein, and then draw your blood into a collection bottle. Approximately 150–200 cc of blood is taken, depending on the individual. 3. Once the appropriate amount of blood is collected, the nurse will inject ozone into the bottle and gently shake it to mix the blood with the ozone. You will notice the blood color change from dark red or maroon to a bright red. 4. The oxygenated blood, now bright red, is slowly returned to your body. (During the procedure, the nurse will explain each step to help you relax and feel comfortable, also checking in with you about how you feel.) 5. After the ozone therapy, you will be served a light snack, which might include salad rolls, sandwiches, grain soups, or herbal drinks, and you can choose what you prefer. The entire ozone therapy session takes about 20–30 minutes. Review after Ozone Therapy 1–2 hours after the treatment, I felt very refreshed, energized, and active. My mind felt clear, and I slept more deeply at night. When I woke up in the morning, I still felt refreshed, not tired or sleepy during the day. I feel stronger and less prone to allergies, able to work at full capacity. Who is suitable for Ozone Therapy? People who frequently catch colds, have allergies, or infections Those with skin issues such as rashes, hives, or asthma People with circulatory problems or thick blood Those with chronic wounds Anyone wanting to boost their immune system and strengthen their body Contraindications and Precautions: Pregnant or breastfeeding women People with blood clots, especially in the lungs Patients with severe illnesses who cannot take care of themselves Those with G-6-PD enzyme deficiency People with blood clotting disorders Preparation before treatment: Drink plenty of water to prevent thick blood Get enough restful sleep If you experience any unwanted symptoms, inform the staff to consult the doctor about whether to proceed Impressions after Ozone Therapy at Mousai Wellness Center: Dr. Big was very attentive and explained everything in great detail. All the staff were friendly and cheerful, answering questions well. The place was clean, snacks were delicious, and the location was convenient

Estrogen Dominance

🥀 (Estrogen Dominance) Female sex hormone, or estrogen, is present in both men and women 👰‍♀️ 💪 Estrogen is the primary hormone in women. It helps prevent bone loss, increase muscle mass, regulate cholesterol levels, and controls metabolism and brain function. 💃 In women, estrogen promotes breast development, wider hips, soft and smooth skin, and reduces body hair. 🙅‍♀️ However, excess estrogen in the body can cause irritability, mood swings, increased fat accumulation, difficulty losing weight, frequent bloating, migraines, and infertility. ⚡ It can lead to obesity, high blood cholesterol, cysts and tumors in the breasts, uterus, and ovaries, and increases the risk of certain cancers. 🤦 For men, too much estrogen can cause breast enlargement (gynecomastia), a higher-pitched voice, and increase the risk of heart disease and cancer. Reduce the risk of estrogen imbalance by getting hormone testing for both women and men. 💡 “Get tested early. Know early. Sleep Tips ENG

Many people try to lose weight by controlling their diet—cutting carbs, reducing sugar, and building muscle through exercise. But did you know that fat burning happens most efficiently while you sleep? Getting enough quality sleep is a key factor in fat metabolism. To optimize fat burning, it’s important to get the right amount of sleep (6–9 hours), sleep during the ideal window (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and ensure that your sleep is deep and uninterrupted. Tossing and turning all night won’t help! Several studies have shown that good sleep helps stimulate the release of fat-burning hormones—especially growth hormone. If you’re someone who eats right and exercises regularly but still struggles to lose fat, it might be time to take a closer look at your sleep. Ask yourself: Is your sleep truly restful and of good quality? A simple way to monitor your sleep is to wear a smartwatch or fitness tracker with a sleep tracking function for about two weeks. This will give you a clear picture of your sleep patterns—how many hours you sleep, how often you wake up, how much deep sleep you get, and how much light sleep. These days, many smartwatches are quite affordable, starting at just a few hundred baht. Good Sleep + Enough Sleep = Higher Fat-Burning Hormones More Fat-Burning Hormones = Easier and Faster Fat Loss On top of that, quality sleep doesn’t just support weight loss—it also contributes to overall health, glowing skin, and a more youthful appearance! Now that you know this, don’t wait—check the quality of your sleep to help make your fat loss journey easier and more effective. If you’re someone who struggles with poor sleep, don’t worry. In the near future, I’ll be sharing more tips and advice on how to improve your sleep. 6 hormones ENG

Hormones play a vital role in regulating the body’s sleep cycle. An imbalance in these hormone levels can lead to sleep problems such as insomnia, frequent awakenings, or inadequate rest. Therefore, maintaining hormonal balance is essential for quality sleep and overall good health. 1. Melatonin – The “Sleep Hormone” 🛌 Melatonin is produced by the pineal gland in the brain and is released during nighttime. It prepares the body for sleep by inducing drowsiness, lowering body temperature, and slowing down the activity of the central nervous system. In addition, melatonin acts as an antioxidant, helping to slow the aging process and reduce the risk of cancer. Lucky us! 🥱 2. Cortisol – The “Stress Hormone” 😡 Cortisol is the hormone responsible for managing stress. When the body is under stress, cortisol levels rise, which can lead to restlessness and poor sleep quality. That’s why stress reduction is essential for better sleep. Activities like regular exercise and relaxing before bed can help regulate cortisol levels – reducing stress while promoting better sleep at the same time! 3. Growth Hormone 🌃 Growth hormone plays a role in sleep regulation, particularly in women during their menstrual cycle. This hormone peaks just before menstruation, which can lead to insomnia. Other related symptoms such as chills, headaches, and mood swings can also disrupt sleep. Remedies include light exercise, drinking herbal tea, or getting a relaxing massage before bedtime — all of which help the body get the rest it needs. 4. Oxytocin – The “Love Hormone” 🎎 Oxytocin plays an important role in both sleep and emotional bonding. Known as the “love hormone,” it is released during physical affection, social bonding, and emotional connection. Oxytocin helps reduce stress and anxiety, promoting feelings of calmness and security, which in turn supports better sleep quality. 5. Thyroid Hormone 🦋 When the body lacks thyroxine, a key hormone produced by the thyroid gland, it can lead to fatigue, exhaustion, depression, mood swings, and sleep problems. Thyroid hormones help regulate sleep and alertness. A deficiency may cause difficulty falling asleep or even sleep apnea (temporary pauses in breathing during sleep). How to manage this: Taking thyroid hormone replacement therapy (as prescribed by a doctor) and improving sleep habits—such as regular exercise, avoiding stimulants before bedtime, and ensuring adequate rest—can help enhance sleep quality. Managing this condition may require hormonal balance through medical treatment and lifestyle changes. Establishing consistent sleep routines, avoiding stimulants, and maintaining regular physical activity are all essential to help the body rest properly and improve overall quality of life. 6. Estrogen – The Female Hormone 👩‍🦰 Estrogen is a key female sex hormone that affects many aspects of health. When estrogen levels are abnormally high, it can disrupt sleep, causing insomnia or restless sleep. This is because excess estrogen may suppress melatonin—the hormone responsible for regulating sleep. It can also trigger symptoms like restlessness, stress, anxiety, and unrefreshing sleep. 📈 Balancing estrogen levels should be done under the supervision of a medical professional. Additionally, improving sleep hygiene—such as regular physical activity, avoiding stimulants, and maintaining a consistent bedtime routine—can help the body achieve better rest and improve quality of life. https://mousaiwellness.com/hormone-check-up/ ติดต่อได้ที่ศูนย์ดูแลสุขภาพ 🏥 Mousai Wellness Center 🌿.📍 https://maps.app.goo.gl/5upfoxwpdsg9hVNx5📩 Line : @MousaiWellness🌐 mousaiwellness.com☎️ 02-0964991 , 061-8941881 #Mousai #MousaiWellness #โปรโมชัน #ดีท็อกซ์ #PRP #PRPเข่า#Detox #Wellness #Holistic #ดูแลสุขภาพ #checkup #ApoE #คลินิกความงาม #ศูนย์สุขภาพ #ความงาม #ชะลอวัย #Probiotics #โพรไบโอติกส์ #จุลินทรีย์ดี #ระบบขับถ่าย #ตรวจสุขภาพ #ตรวจเลือด #basiccheckup #นอนไม่หลับ #เครียด #insomnia #sleep #anti-aging

Testosterone Deficiency En

Mousai Wellness Center Male Hormone Deficiency: Recognize the Symptoms, Find the Cure Fatigue, Slow Thinking, and Decreased Vitality Did you know that one of the first signs of low testosterone levels in men is slower thinking and decision-making? Other early symptoms include forgetfulness, easy fatigue, lack of energy, irritability, abdominal weight gain, and fat accumulation in various parts of the body. Even with regular resistance training, some individuals may notice that muscle growth is slow or minimal compared to others. Additional symptoms can include insomnia, decreased sexual desire, partial erectile dysfunction, lack of confidence, and a reduced interest in competition. These signs suggest that you might be experiencing male hormone deficiency. If left untreated, this condition can lead to more severe health issues, such as: Erectile dysfunction (ED). Insulin resistance. Osteoporosis. Cardiovascular diseases. When Does Male Hormone Deficiency Begin? This condition can start as early as the early 30s and is influenced by various factors, such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, chronic stress, lack of exercise, and genetic predisposition. How to Test Testosterone Levels Testing can be done in two main ways: Blood Test -The most common method. Results are typically available within 1-2 days. Saliva Test -Blood tests are widely used and can be conducted at anti-aging clinics or private hospitals. Even individuals engaged in resistance or weight training, including bodybuilders, often test their hormone levels periodically. Important Note:For accurate results, testosterone levels should be tested in the morning before 11:00 AM. On the day of the test, ensure you are in normal health without any illnesses. What Are Healthy Testosterone Levels? Male hormone deficiency is also known as Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome, Andropause, or Androgen Deficiency in Adult Men. The definition and diagnostic criteria vary across countries, but commonly, levels below 230–350 ng/dL indicate a deficiency. For optimal health, morning testosterone levels should range between 500–700 ng/dL. If levels fall below this range, lifestyle changes can often help increase testosterone naturally. However, if levels are below 350 ng/dL, consulting a physician is recommended. How to Boost Testosterone Levels 1. Hormone Therapy Using bioidentical hormones (natural hormone replacements) can help restore balance. This can include intramuscular injections (weekly or quarterly, depending on blood test results) or external hormone creams. Note: Always consult a doctor before starting hormone therapy. Blood tests and physical evaluations are essential before treatment. 2. Resistance Training Regular weight training is the most effective exercise for boosting testosterone levels. Studies show that men who engage in resistance training have higher testosterone levels than those who do not. 3. Diet Increase protein intake: 1.2–2 grams per kilogram of body weight, depending on daily activity levels. Healthy fats: Include coconut oil, fermented dairy products like yogurt and cheese, fish oil, flaxseeds, chia seeds, almonds, walnuts, and avocados. Vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B3, Vitamin D, Zinc, Selenium, and Resveratrol (to be discussed in detail later). Reduce caffeine: Limit coffee, tea, and cocoa. Limit alcohol consumption. 4. Quit Smoking Smoking negatively impacts testosterone levels and overall health. 5. Choose Comfortable Clothing Tight underwear can affect testicular function. Opt for boxers instead to maintain a warm environment conducive to testosterone production. 6. Engage in Stimulating ActivitiesActivities such as watching action movies, socializing, and trying new hobbies can help boost testosterone levels. Take Action Early If you experience any of the symptoms mentioned above, consult a doctor for a testosterone test. Early intervention can effectively address these symptoms. Many patients who balance their hormones report feeling younger, more energetic, mentally sharp, and more confident. If you’re unsure where to begin, schedule a consultation at Mousai Wellness Center.
